SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday) are aimed to be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship using a variety of couriers, but all orders are sent via a next-day delivery service.
Standard shipping costs £3.99, though some areas may be subject to a surcharge. Any additional charges will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy for unwanted items, provided they are returned sealed and in their original condition.
If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
