Refund policy

You can return items for up to 60 days of receiving your original order if you change your mind*.

For returns of electrical goods, we do not accept returns of electricals where the packaging has been opened and the item has been removed from the packaging. We only accept returns of faulty electricals, this will be tested upon return of the item. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please package them well.

All goods will be inspected upon return, in the unlikely event an item is not suitable for resale it may be sent back to you.

*Any order discrepancies or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

 

Once a returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse team, we will refund the cost of the returned items within 48 hours.

Please note that all refunds will be made to the original payment method.
