When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Friday are usually process same working day. Orders after 3 PM are processed the next working day. We aim to process all weekend orders on Mondays. Orders with multiple items are always dispatched with a next working day delivery service, single item deliveries may use a 48 hour courier.

If you'd like to cancel or ammend your order, we recommend you call us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee being able to cancel or ammend your order, however by calling us you receive the best chances of getting your issue resolved.
